Emine Cape is the easternmost point of the Balkan Mountain Range meeting the sea — a significant passage waypoint where winds accelerate and confused seas develop. Round Emine early morning when the Black Sea is calmest. Nesebar Old Town (UNESCO World Heritage 1983) has intensive tourist boat traffic July–August — maintain watch. Marina Dinevi at Sveti Vlas (VHF Ch 16) is Bulgaria's best-equipped marina and the recommended base for this region.
