About This Anchorage
Miami Beach (locally known as Enterprise Beach or Miami Beach) is a popular tourist beach on the south coast between Oistins and Bridgetown — one of the busier public beaches on the south shore. The anchorage provides views of the beach strip lined with beach bars and small hotels. The area is livelier and more developed than the more remote south coast beaches. Water sports operators (jet ski hire, banana boats, kayaks) work the beach throughout the day. The combination of proximity to Oistins Fish Fry (1nm east by dinghy) and the beach bar scene makes this a convenient day-stop position. The swell exposure is identical to Oistins — check conditions before overnight.
